The Project
Toronto Marriott City Centre is a family-friendly downtown hotel located steps from Rogers Centre, the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada, and world-class shopping. The property offers a unique experience with 52 guest rooms overlooking the Blue Jays baseball field, allowing guests to enjoy home games from above.
Based on the hotel’s target audience, I developed a content calendar that highlighted local events and in-house offerings while capturing the overall guest experience. My responsibilities included managing the content calendar, executing marketing initiatives for hotel specials and packages, and setting the tone and vibe across digital platforms. I ensured consistent guest touchpoints by aligning social media content with on-property marketing, keeping guests informed and engaged before, during, and after their stay.
By implementing a consistent, high-quality content strategy and maintaining a curated posting schedule, I increased audience reach from 3.5K to 639.2k within my first year.
